PHYSICAL. Serendipity stands at a height of fifteen hands height and weighs around two thousand-eigth hundred pounds. She has a sleek black coat that is as dark as a starless night with a new moon. Her legs and quarters are muscular yet very smooth. She has an abundance of feather and leg hair that starts at the middle of her leg and comes down a little past her hooves. Her tail drags slightly along the ground and her mane reaches down a few centimeters past her shoulder. Most of the time the bangs hanging in her eyes keep the white star on her forehead hidden, however it remains there regardless. She has dark hazel irises and black pupils, but yet again her bangs like to drape over them and keep it a mystery from the rest of the world. Her mane and tail are just as black as her coat. At first, her mane is smooth and silky, but once you start to look down, you can see the many rats nests, knots, and tangles. She has many split ends and her tail seems to be no different- but worse. It has been battered in the wind as she runs and many pieces of grass have lodged itself into the tip of her tail where it is dragged across the ground.

PERSONALITY. Serendipity suffers from the dissociative identity disorder, which is basically multiple personalities disorder. Normally, you can find Sere in a rather calm and relaxing mood. She is also able to get along with virtually anyone- it takes someone truly awful and terrible to bring out her hate. She is timid when speaking to strangers and is naturally suspicious of them, however in time she warms up to them. Sere does have a breaking point, since everything can only go so far- it's just that most aren't able to get to it. She is intelligent and has a knack for solving things in a decent amount of time, if not faster. This type of Serendipity is seen most of the time, however things can quickly change with a simple click inside her brain.
If such were to happen, you can bet your lucky stars you're gonna see the outgoing and totally flirtatious Sere. She become more happy-go-lucky and tends to prance around without a care in the world like a foal. She is incredibly not shy and you wouldn't think that the timid and intelligent Sere was the same one as the flirty girl invading your privacy. This Sere does not have a problem with prying, in fact, she also doesn't have a problem getting close to you. She has a hard time registering sarcasm and if you ever try to tell her to get out of your bubble, you can bet she will only get closer. This side of her tends to come out at the oddest of times, but it happens quite frequently.
Every now and again, there is someone who can push past her breaking point and she just snaps. If that were to ever happen, you'd likely meet a cross between a hurricane and tornado with a bit of thunder and lightening in the mix- all placed into one horse. Everyone has a dark side in one form or another and Sere has simply separated it into it's own special little personality. Every ounce of the normal Sere's intelligence seems to disappear and she will either throw dagger-like words at you or come at you with hooves raised and ready to clobber you. She attacks blindly and usually doesn't think before she charges you- which is her downfall most of the time. Luckily, it is quite rare for this side to appear, though you will definitely know when you push her buttons for too long.

FATHER. Snow, deceased.
SIBLINGS. Her stillborn sister- Fay, deceased.
HISTORY. Serendipity was born into a small herd you could say life was pretty much perfect ever since she first stood on all four of her legs. It seemed that time was passing quickly in the herd and before her mother and father knew it, she was a year old. Her mother's stomach was swollen and honestly it looked like it hurt to walk or gallop with that sort of luggage. Serendipity was still young and she had sworn to herself that she would never get that big no matter what. It had looked quite uncomfortable and she liked comfort and relaxation. Whenever she had told her mother this, Delilah had simply laughed at this and shook her head. Three days later her mother had walked off a bit away from the herd and started neighing as if she was in serious pain. Of course, Serendipity being the daughter she was, had come to her mothers aid and at that moment, she simply watched in awe. She had never seen life being born into this world and she thought it all to be quite magical and surreal at the same time.
Once her sibling had finally popped out of her mother, Delilah was as quick as lightening and she licked the blood and sack encasing the foal. When she was done, her mother had nudged her new sister a couple of times, but there had been no response. She looked from her mother to the seemingly lifeless foal and back again. Right then a look of despair had somehow managed to distort her mother's beauty. Stillborn Her mother had finally said, choking back sobs. Sere hadn't ever seen a stillborn, but now she knew and she had become quite depressed. Her mother, of course, had the worst case of it. It was as if the life was being slowly drained out of her and in only a few days her beauty was gone and her bones were starting to show. Her father, Snow, had become disgusted with this and simply moved onto another mare within the herd. Serendipity didn't talk to her father again after that, not because she didn't want to, but because she couldn't leave her mother alone with herself for just a second.
Her mother was becoming increasingly ill and signs of the disease was starting to show in her. In hope of cheering her mother up or at least trying to get her to eat something, the happy-go-lucky side of Sere was born and it actually worked for a little while. At least, until the disease finally took it's toll on her old body and she bleed out during the night, right by Serendipity while she was sleeping. At first, she had believed that she had somehow failed her mother and was a terrible daughter for it. Eventually though, many of the herd as well as her father, encouraged her and told her many times that it was brave to stick with her until the end. It still weighed on Sere's conscious, but it was lighter with everyone's sympathy for some reason. So, life went on and eventually, the herd had to relocate.
It was not a voluntary relocation, either and many died trying to leave. She was two years old when the fire blazed through their home and took many lives as it spread- hungry for more. In all the chaos, she had become petrified and could not move a single muscle. She watched as a few unlucky horses flew by with a orange and red light clinging to their skin and spreading across their body. They were burning alive and she could do nothing to help. She watched as her father had tripped in the chaos and was then trampled by three others as they fled for their lives- two of which were his best friends and the other was his most recent mate. Suddenly, Sere saw only black and her mind was starting to slip away from reality- she was fainting. However, there was something within Sere that finally snapped and would not let her die. This was the beginning of the formation of her darker, attack-ready side. Though she had come out of the valley unscathed, she was fairly traumatized. From that point on, her fear of death and fire only grew.
