[attr="class","body"]After refusing to peacefully co-exist with the horses, Vephar was beaten into submission by three younger wolves, who had been sent by heaven knows who. Permanently scarred and maimed in his back leg, it took Vephar weeks to recover. Once healthy enough, he went to apologize to the equines, secretly wanting to find out who had ordered his punishment. But once there, he was shocked to learn that it had been his own alpha who had done it - and that the horses had disagreed completely. Shamed and angry, he exiled himself. To this day he lurks in the graveyard,only the dead to keep him company. A scarred,martyr of a gravekeeper.

By four months of age it was apparent to her parents that she was displaying signs of difference. She saw things that weren't there. Often speaking to these apparitions. In distress, her parents left her in a massive hole to die - believing that she was some sort of cursed being. Two days after being stuck in the depths of the earth, two white owls appeared from the night sky and lifted her to safety. Knowing she couldn't return home, she crossed the ocean to Toren. Pandora is the only living being known to be able to use her mutation to control all four elements.

They wasted no time in slaughtering the mare that he was with, and dragging him away at a ruthless pace. Once in the dead lands, he was questioned and tortured. They believed that he was some sort of witch, and that eventually he would share his secrets. When they finally realized that it was never going to happen - they shoved burning coals into his eyes, and set him free, so that he could spread the word of the terrors that await everyone else.

[attr="class","body"]Raised in herd with incredibly strong beliefs, Caer was born with the natural talent of herbalism and black magic. He spend the first three years of his life separated from his parents, undergoing grueling training that brought most to their knees. He excelled, and because of this, nearing the end of his third year - he was castrated as part of his transformation ritual. The second part of said ritual was to take the life of an innocent. Caer couldn't go through with it, and escaped to Toren in the middle of the night. From there, he was taken in by Anouk, and to this day serves as the Shaman of Vessay, possibly the best Shaman this world will ever see.

Nevertheless, his parents raised him with love and affection, and were repaid with their own untimely demise - at the hands of their only son, on his third birthday. He had no reason for their murder. And to this day, when asked why, he will simply say it was because they irritated him. Due to the lack of leadership, Scox was never punished for his deed. Instead, he walked free - unpunished and vicious.

The gelding had had to escape from lands that were heavily religious, and deep in the arts of dark magic. It wasn't the dark magic so much that had turned him away from the herd he'd been born into nor was it the trials that he had had to endure. When he was asked to take the life of an innocent - - someone who had done no harm he found that he was unable to do it. It was not for a lack of physical ability but more so a lack of wishing to take a life of someone who didn't deserve to die. To snuff out a flame that was not yet ready to be snuffed out was not something that he could follow through with. On the eve that he was supposed to follow through with this deed he instead took off, fleeing the herd that he'd known since birth and setting off to find a life that was more suiting for him. Leaving wasn't hard to do necessarily for he'd already been separated from his family, and was made to perform grueling exercises that he wouldn't wish on his worse enemy.
He was not bitter, though. How could he be? He had found that through all the trials and tribulations that he'd been out through there was a man much stronger than the problems he faced. It shaped him into the gelding he was today, the Shaman of the Vessay. It was a title that he held with great honor.
His eyes would pop open suddenly as he came out of his reflection, a form of self-meditation that he found to be extremely helpful to center himself. The weather was nice out today. The sun was shining, but there were still clouds in the sky to offer some relief from the sun that could be unbearable at times. A gentle breeze caressed his frame, gentle fingers of wind combing through his mane of brown and white tresses. The silken tendrils flirted with the breeze like spider webs in the wind, but he cared not. Long, slender limbs finally shifted beneath his 16 hand tall frame to propel him forward with ease. He was in no hurry to get anywhere fast, but was rather excited to see what life had to offer him. Despite being a shaman he was far from boring. He had certain duties that he had to uphold however, and those duties would never be ignored. Sift baby blue eyes glanced away from the sky to look upon the ground as he walked, keen and intelligent gaze looking for any herbs that he might be able to grab and take back for use later.
You could never have too many herbs, he told himself. It was far better to have an abundance of herbs than to have too few. He would not rest until he'd found something that could be considered as useful. His banner lashed behind him as he walked along, nostrils flaring and scenting what there was on the breeze to be smelled. Perhaps he could locate a herb if it had a string enough scent...

Honey colored fur, shaggy and in a slightly matted disarray moved through the undergrowth. Huffed, snorted breaths rolled from the mucus moistened nostrils, sometimes flinging a fleck of snot from the broad openings. A broad tongue would flick out and swipe across the black leather-like flesh during these occurrences. The boar moved with a lumbering precision, the types of movement that only a massive beast could get from years of predatory stalking within thick undergrowth. Scox was aware of the beauty of the forest around him, he was conscious enough within the present to be aware of the vibrant greens. The rich, dark browns. The breath of the forest itself within the slight mugginess that the trees held beneath their green-filtered rays of light. Large paws squished down the soil beneath, made soft with leaf-rot and dusted sparingly with browned pine needles, leaving within the brute's wake a series of paw steps, distinct in their impressions.
He stopped and lifted his head to look around, when his unruly, and dangerously large claws clicked upon the corpse of a fallen tree, sinking in, sending flakes and shards of rot wood to the forest floor. A muzzle lifted to the air, nostrils flared and lips curled drawing air to the Jacobson's organ to scent and taste the air. He could smell the forest, the birds, other animals. Prey. His stomach stirred at this thought, and he debated if he truly felt hungry, or if it was just the push of boredom to hunt and kill something. His mouth watered at the thought of meat and blood. The boar shook his head and pushed the idea aside. Scox decided that he was indeed hungry, but not for typical prey. Something deep and dark within him lifted its head and gave a chuffing little laugh before it rumbled out in its deep voice, 'feed'. Scox snorted, leering at the air before his face. "Not now," he grumbled. His words came out in a deep rumble, deeper than the one of the beast within him. His vocabulary was simplistic by choice, but his intelligence was not daft. His inner thoughts, when not muddled by a hovering darkness, were rather complex and intricate.
Today though was a dark day, and he had a particular idea in mind.

Particularly, Scox had set his sights on the sub-creatures. His mouth watered again. Scox huffed, moving his body in such a way as to pound his front paws on the ground, ruining the rotten wood beneath his heavy frame. He parted his jaws, and let out a roar before he shook his head. "Fine!" the bear spat to himself, speaking loudly and with a vehement hatred. "Best be warned. The beast hunts." He mumbled these words as he directed himself towards the scent of something living, and began to follow his nose blindly seeking the taste of blood and meat.
