PHYSICAL.Ferrahs appearance is quite common among her species. Physically unimpressive, Ferrah is dominated by her plush, well furred grey coat that can ward the most bitter of winter chills. With her heavily insulated fur, she can survive in sub-zero temperatures for years, in absolute darkness, and without food for weeks - factors attributed by the cold depths of the Arctic that her breed hails from. Of an average build, she is a decent balance of strength and speed. Neither lithe nor muscular, she is merely tall when compared with other wolves of her species. Her fur is long in length and almost rough to the touch, with a dense undercoat that helps keep her waterproof. Every spring her coat sheds and becomes thinner and somewhat less dense. In colour, her pelt is made of white, grey and a very light dash of fawn across her long back; so light in fact that it only really appears when she is in very light areas. Her legs are long, with well furred large paws and sharp, untended for nails - giving her a slightly lanky appearance. Ferrahs tail is bushy and off white, somewhat longer when in comparison with most polar wolves. Her facial features are feminine and decently pretty, set upon a wide head with small ears and a piercing, almost white eyes.

PERSONALITY.
Ferrah lives each day believing herself a monster; a horrible, disgusting and loathsome creature warrant of the guilt that plagues her. All to eagerly she pushes away those who tred to close, a nasty sneer of a heavy burden stitched upon her delicate, feminine features. Once upon a time she was beautiful and lively, a creature who grasped life by the proverbial horns and took what she was given - yet like all beautiful flowers they fall victim to time, and in Ferrahs case, guilt.
A blunt and unaffected creature, many could wonder of the commotion that pirouettes within this fallen beauty's thoughts, of the secrets, the judgments and the emotions that flit through her intelligent mind as unspoken words. Her unfeeling eyes have lost all softness, now merely tools aiding in her merciless judgment of those around her, for this scarred and calloused wolf loves nothing more than to pick apart the flaws of others with a sinister glee - anything to convince herself she is not the only monster that inhabits this disgusting world of disease and corruption. With facial expressions unassailed by nothing but a grim frown or a wretched sneer, this rotten canine is more fiercely protective of her secrets than she would her own children. Even around her surviving sister, Faylinn, she refuses to fully unwind, clasping the true details of their families demise close to her wilting heart, snapping a vicious retort when asked. It is her burden and her burden alone to bear - why can't they understand that she does it to protect?
A child in many ways, Ferrah was forced to grow up too fast, the guilt of her families death and her own ignorance a dagger to the heart with each thought. When dealing with other wolves she often gives an uninterested air, as if no words you could ever say are worthy of her attention. Her lips often lilt into an unimpressed line as she mutters nothing but straight observations, picking apart your flaws and insecurities as if she were a child ripping the wings of a dragonfly. If her word's were handwriting then they would be harsh, a myriad of black lines unadorned by flourish and unplagued by floral euphemism, merely stating their purpose and conveying the world as she defines it.
MOTHER. Tandra, deceased
FATHER. Falk, deceased.
SIBLINGS. Faylinn, living. Zeven, deceased. Tahoe, deceased. Mischa, deceased.
HISTORY.Ferrah was given the best of starts in life; born into a loving and affectionate family, she had everything a pup could ever need to thrive - dedicated parents, affectionate siblings and a bountiful home. They had taught her to be open minded and accepting of those with the disease - something that would soon radically change as time progressed.
Ferrah was always the most adventurous of the four siblings. Curious to a fault and utterly eager to please, she always wished to wander rebelliously out into the wilds, bringing back 'exciting' new things she had stumbled upon to gain her parents attention and appreciation. Albeit an endearing and promising trait, this facet of her personality would soon turn out to be a fatal flaw.
Under the cover of the night Ferrah escaped safe cocoon of her den, leaving behind her slumbering family as she rode high upon the promise that she would find something great, unbeknown that that last glance of her sleeping family would be her very last.
With the innocence of a child Ferrah followed a strange new sound she had found - the snap of fire and flint a great mystery curiosity had to unravel. With eyes aglow she crawled from the sanctuary of the den - just as her parents had taught her to hunt. She would make them so proud , she would, and her brothers and sisters would so jealous.
In the shadows of a field a red flame flickered, dancing with the malicious beauty of a knife at the feet of the rogue equine who stood before it. The fire was mesmerizing; rising to a great crescendo until it lit entire clearing in a warm golden glow, it would writhe and it would twist, maddened yet controlled by this one equine. It threw embers aside as carelessly as thoughts - she had to have this light, it was more pretty than any firefly or her sister. She would bring it home and Faylinn would wake, she would tell her how she had fought a bear to get it. The plan was flawless, Faylinn would believe her.
Like the great rasp of a python the diseased equine suddenly spoke, "I'm.....petusss" he would hiss, startling the young canine into an utter stupor. Words stuck in her throat like bones, ceasing all speech. No, no this was so wrong. She was big and brave, Father had said so, she could fight all her siblings and could hunt better than Zeven - she shouldn't be afraid, the equine should be afraid of her. Yet as he stomped the fire madly, his eyes rolled and flickered within his skull if possessed - she could not meet his enraged gaze out of fear.
The fire no longer danced and the light was conquered by the dark, basking the two within shadows that only served to increase her fright. Unknown to both a stray ember had fell, burning mutely on a fallen leaf. The equine suddenly turned as quick as the flames he controlled, vanishing into the darkness.
She had scared him away. Pleased as punch, and with a smile as bright as the moon, Ferrah pranced into the field. Out of the corner of her eye she had caught the flicker of the stray ember, and eagerly caught the fallen leaf gently between her teeth. With childish ignorance she was unaware of the danger, an action that today's Ferrah now regards with a passionate anger.
Placing the burning leaf upon the ground, she began to awake her parents, eager to show her new prize. With much annoyance to a young Ferrah, they did not wake. Behind her, and entirely unaware, the small flame had now grown in size and was soon a red mass of snapping and cracking behind her. This time it was not beautiful or mesmerizing - it was wild and uncontrolled as it grew, and grew and grew. In sudden fright the young canine ran, not through any selfish motive, but to find help. When something went wrong she always got help - wasn't that the right thing to do?
Engulfed in smoke and flames, both parents and all but Faylinn perished in the inferno - all due to a foolish child's curiosity. The guilt has since eaten away at Ferrah over the years, turning what would have been a bright and lively canine rancid and aged beyond her years.
